Since 2018 Ani was talking about “doing his own thing in wine”. After several trials to find the perfect spot and Melanie needing some convincing to join the project – in September 2023 it was the moment to make this dream a reality.
And we had the perfect ingredients: Ani having a broad background in hospitality & restaurant management from back in India and being certified Sommelier in Bordeaux since 2019 and Melanie with international experience in project management, marketing and accounting.
Our confidence also grew over the years leading Eco Visites Bordeaux SAS, a tourism company, offering eco-friendly tours in and around Bordeaux. And with the Couleurs du Vin – Wine Bar we wanted to continue our vision and passion of an eco-friendly and social responsible wold.
We were lucky to have Shawn, a friend from Universityof Ani, joining the team from the beginning, many kind and helping friends & familly and -last but not least- our small miracle joining the family in 2023 – our lucky charm.
